Valley Health System’s Spirit of Women program recently hosted its third annual “Girls’ Night Out” event at Seasons in
Washington Township. The sold-out event, which was held on Thursday, October 23, included presentations from Valley physicians, a buffet dinner, and an array of door prizes. Girls Night Out combines health education with food, activities and treats.
This year, guests enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner, a fashion show by the Westwood boutique Ginger N' Cream, and an opportunity to shop fashion and skincare items. Benita M. Burke, M.D., Medical Director, of Valley Medical Group's Valley Heart Care for Women practice, presented information about integrative resources for optimal heart health.
